Your First Dental Visit
When making an appointment with our dental office, you have the option to call or schedule online. A member of our team will verify your insurance and send digital forms for you to complete before your initial appointment. On the day of your visit, you’ll be greeted by a member of our front desk team and be free to enjoy our beverage station while you wait.
A dental assistant will then escort you to an operatory room, where you will undergo digital X-rays with our Nomad system. Our doctor will then complete a full examination as well as review X-rays, intraoral photos, and all findings.
The last step is to provide professional teeth cleaning before escorting you to the front desk to check out and schedule your next appointment.
Dental Patient Forms
There is no need to wait until you reach our dental office to fill out your new patient paperwork. Instead, we’ll send you the forms via text or email after you schedule your appointment. You can complete the information while in the comfort of your home and have it already submitted before you arrive.
Patient Portal & Online Pay
SoHay Dental is pleased to offer patients an easy way to schedule appointments and pay their bills. Instead of picking up the phone, you can now do it all online. Our patients will receive access to our patient portal, making it easy to make a payment, review their information, and stay on top of appointments.
Dental Insurance
As an insurance-friendly dental practice, SoHay Dental welcomes most PPO dental insurance plans. This means that the services you receive (preventive and restorative) will likely be covered, in part, by your insurance company, helping to keep your costs low. A member of our team will go over your policy and benefits so that you get the most out of your plan each time you visit our office. We’ll also file any claims so that you don’t have to.

If you do not have a private dental insurance plan, or you need help to pay for a complex dental treatment, Dr. Diep is pleased to partner with CareCredit Financing. Offering low-interest and no-interest plans, you can enroll and begin to better budget for your oral healthcare needs. Based on your eligibility, there will be no surprise fees as you work to pay off your treatment over time, as the program works similarly to a credit card.
